Sewing Workshop Berlin Jacket
Would you like to learn how to sew your own jacket? Then come along and join us! The Berlin jacket is a collarless, longline jacket featuring patch pockets, extended dropped shoulders and full-length sleeves with a turned back cuff. The back neck is slightly raised. Effortlessly stylish, the jacket is the ideal winter wardrobe staple and perfect for layering over dresses or any casual outfit. As seams are overlapped, and edges and hems are left raw, the Berlin Jacket is best made up in boiled felted wools or wool/blends that don't fray.
During the class you will be shown how to:
- cut out your fabrics
- sew overlapped seams
- attach pockets
- insert sleeves
- attach a facing
